Unfortunately, everything has increased in price - from energy and food to medical equipment. In addition, the National Living Wage has also gone up, and we pride ourselves on paying our talented and dedicated staff fairly. However, a full explanation can be found in the letter that we sent out to our residents/fee payers giving them notice of the increase.
