Thank you for your review, Rhian. It is obviously not appropriate in a public forum to give a response to each item you mention, in view of your father's privacy. We do accept that there are some things we could have done better, and I want to assure you that action was taken whilst your father was at the home, to try to put those things right.  We want all our residents, and their families, to experience the excellent care that April Court is known for, but fully accept that for your father, the experience was not always as it should have been.
