What a shame you were unable to travel here to see for yourself the quality of her sea view room, taste the delicious food our catering staff prepare (when people come from a distance we offer them lunch) and see the high standards our housekeeping team follow in keeping up the cleanliness of the home. However, I am pleased that you feel she settled with us despite the difficult circumstances of her admission and that we were able to offer her comfort in her final days.
