We are so pleased to hear of your aunt's experience during her stay at Perry Manor. Our truly dedicated team work hard to ensure both residents and their families receive the very best care and attention. Likewise, our activities team are committed to fulfilling residents' lives, so it's wonderful to hear your comments echo this. Unfortunately those living with dementia can, at times, pick up others belongings believing they are theirs. We recommend these are labelled and kept securely in resident's rooms when not in use, so they do not get lost. We can also offer the capacity to lock bedrooms if families wish. Should any of our team find another resident's belongings in the wrong room, these are returned straight away.
