Thank you for taking the time to leave a review for us. We do not use any external agency staff at Woodside Care Village as we are completely staffed through our own contracted staff and our internal mobile carers. Our staff use devices that look like mobiles to enter care notes into our electronic care planning system, however, if you believe you are seeing staff using personal devices, please do make a member of the management team aware of this so we can look into it.  Unfortunately, we don't have space for a large communal room, however, we do use our cafe and the plaza for events where everyone wants to come together. If you'd like something more personal there is also the garden pod that can be used for family occasions. If you have any questions, please come and speak to me or a member of my team.
