Dear Deborah, Please can I introduce myself, I am the new manager of Agnes and Arthur. I am deeply saddened by the fact that none of the team attended your father's funeral,  I can not comment on why this happened but I can assure you this is not what we expect from the team at Agnes and Arthur. I would also like to assure you that our residents are at the heart of everything we do, so again I am saddened by your comment.
