We set a high standard for ourselves, and we are sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with the Home. Our staff are deployed to each floor according to the dependency level of residents. We have a full time activity Co-Ordinator and an In-House befriender service in the Home. We do keep the record of what we have offered to each resident and who has refused or are unable to participate in activities. Every resident has their personalised care plan in terms of personal care and mobility. Residents who have got capacity are able to use nurse call bell for any assistance needed. Our medication chart will reflect who was offered pain relief and who received or refused. We would like to take the opportunity to investigate your feedback further.
