Having reviewed our records and spoken to relevant staff in relation to this feedback I would like to assure you that your description of their experience does not align with these accounts. Our review has demonstrated a considerably more positive experience in relation to the aspects you have identified. I would like to advise that Care UK staff are trained in assisting our residents with personal care most commonly when our residents are presenting with challenging behaviours. We are committed to providing the best care and support to all who reside at Farm Lane. I would also like to advise that Farm Lane provides a coffee dispensing machine in the reception area as well as finger foods for all visitors, and a hairdresser visits our in-home salon on a two-weekly basis.
