We are very sorry to read that you had a negative experience at Court House. You will recall that we met with you after the investigations and discussed any concerns, we felt that this meeting was positive as you commented you did not wish to take things any further and we received your email thanking us for the meeting and how pleased you were with the outcome along with your job application for a position. Meals were not mentioned as areas of concern in your complaints, but please be assured that we source products locally and fresh food is supplied daily. Regarding the room, this was also not mentioned as an area of concern, if we had have known we would have looked at alternative rooms for you. Our complaints procedure allows for thorough investigation of all complaints, our policy states these are to be dealt with within 21 days which both investigations were. There have been a lot of changes in the 8 months since you were last here, but we are sorry your experience was not a positive one.
