We apologise that you feel your loved one had a poor experience in the home and that our previous manager did not respond accordingly to your concerns. We would always expect that concerns are acted on accordingly to ensure all of our residents receive a high standard of person-centred care and that loved ones feel confident and trust the care that we provide. Our staffing levels are always safe and worked out in accordance with the dependency needs of our residents. We continually work with our team to make improvements in all aspects of support and care.
