We would stress that we have consistently provided accurate information to both yourself and to the Local Authority. All financial transactions are meticulously recorded, and we make receipts available on request. We understand that it must have been upsetting that we felt it necessary to put safeguarding in place to protect your relative and we appreciate that you have probably made these allegations against the home because of this. The allegations set out in your review are both unfair and unsubstantiated.
