We would like to assure you that every colleague receives expert dementia training to ensure our team delivers high-quality care every day. As part of our admission process, we conduct a pre-assessment to learn about the resident's needs and lifestyle, to ensure we can meet their needs. Unfortunately, the level of support your husband required during his stay was higher than anticipated from the information we were provided during the pre-assessment. Cuttlebrook Hall provides residential and specialist dementia care, but regrettably, we cannot offer nursing care. Regarding the medication, we are only able to administer medication which is provided by the Doctor. If you wish to discuss this matter further, the manager's door is always open.
