Over weekends, the main door to the home isn't freely open, we have installed a doorbell which alerts team members once pressed so they can attend the door as quickly as possible, we are sorry for the delay you faced on that day. We have been donated a small number of wheelchairs for use within the home, these are available on a first-come, first-served basis, we are unable to provide all residents with their own wheelchairs however this is something the family are able to provide should you wish to do so. Sadly, our garden was an issue we were aware of, I would like to reassure you since your review, progress has been made of which we do hope you notice on your next visit to the home.
