However, we are sorry and disappointed to hear that you have concerns around the care environment. We've investigated your concerns regarding maintenance and the faulty door. We can confirm that we did explain to a family member at the time that we were waiting for a part, as soon as the part became available the door was fixed. With regard to the picture, this was moved the day after the request was received. We completely understand the need for privacy and we have fed back to the team, reminding them of the importance of knocking before entering residents' rooms. Thanks again for your feedback.
