Thank you for your review. We're pleased to hear your brother is comfortable with us as that is our aim, to ensure our residents feel as at home as possible. We're sorry to hear about your experience when attempting to access the gardens. We have now rectified the access issues and as always we are encouraging our residents to make use of the outside space, with residents also being escorted to the local coffee shop for a break from the home, and also to meet family at times. We are sorry to hear that this wasn't made clear at the time of your visit, and we hope your next visit can include some much-needed fresh air outside of the home.
