Having spoken to you thank you for your kind comments about the Care Home which you found to be very good, great care, and kind and friendly staff. Every Resident comes to Letcombe Regis with different requirements and it is not always possible to meet these instantaneously. Sometimes even with the best intentions clothing can be mislaid and I know you welcomed the goodwill gesture to cover the replacement of these items and the plant to apologise for our delayed response.
