I would like to clarify that the owners have spent money on facilities that are updating the infrastructure of the building which includes a new call bell system, new heating system and a new roof.  This has directly impacted on the benefit of the residents ensuring that there is always a safe and reliable system in place to alert staff for support and ensuring that the building does not come to disrepair with the replacement of the roof.  The new hairdressing suite is also enjoyed by many residents.
