Thank you for your review, also for your kind comments regarding how hard the staff at Bryn Y Mor do work.  It is unfortunate that Dementia can affect the way in which any individual with it reacts from day to day and also how they respond in their home environment.  Bryn Y Mor endeavours to meet all our resident's individual needs. Some properties that are reported to have gone missing, are often found to have been moved or misplaced.  The Manager has an open door policy and is happy to discuss any concerns as soon as practicably possible to deal with any situation that arises.
