Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on our service. We are deeply sorry to read about your experience of our home as this falls well below our usually high standards. Your concerns have been investigated and addressed internally to ensure this does not happen again. As part of our ongoing improvement of the service, we now have a new manager in place who has many years of experience of managing ABI services. We take all feedback and lessons learned seriously and a number of improvements have already been made.
