While we cannot fully avoid this, we will look into reducing the volume during the night if possible. We are also sorry to hear that you find the food to be a bit hit-and-miss. We have a system in place to record what food has been offered to residents and how much they have eaten. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will review this further to improve our service.
