Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. We're pleased to hear that your brother is happy here - it means a lot to us. After completing the enhancements to the living spaces within the home we've now started to concentrate our efforts on improvements to the outdoor areas. We'd be happy to show you the changes during your next visit. I can assure you we're in regular communication with the NHS about your brother's hearing aids, however as you may be aware the NHS are currently managing longer than usual waiting lists which is impacting on his appointment. In the meantime, we've contacted the local opticians to arrange a hearing appointment which will hopefully provide other temporary solutions.
