We are sorry you have felt unhappy with the care your mother-in-law has received and also the need to complain through this media platform. I have been into the home and have not found any complaints raised in conjunction with the concerns you have raised in your review with exception of an item that went missing (Biscuit tin) that I believe could not be located and have not received any complaints from the social worker which due to the relationship between you and the resident we would need confirmation of. However, I am happy to speak to you directly to raise the concerns through the complaints procedure, as we would for any interested person with concerns for a vulnerable adult in our care.
