Thanks for taking the time to leave a review. We're sorry that the minibus was out of action so soon after we took delivery and the concern this caused you. Our team and the minibus provider have been working closely to make sure outings could continue for our residents with other provisions. Sadly, there was a mechanical issue with the minibus and we had to wait a long time for the part to be delivered but it's fixed now and has been in use since early July.
