I am extremely disappointed that you have had a negative experience during the short time your mother stayed with us. I can confirm the situation you mentioned in your review was fully investigated and the appropriate action was taken. My colleague who investigated this did speak to you and explained she was unable to share the outcome of the investigation due to GDPR.
