I am so sorry that your experience here was not a positive one for you. I was not the manager at the time you are referring to, but I felt I needed to apologise for the issues you experienced. Having said this, I feel I need to explain that due to the community, your father was admitted to being one that offers nursing care, there are people admitted with many complex conditions and behaviours - which may seem strange to visitors to this area. I can understand how these issues could cause concern and distress for you when visiting your father, but can assure you that the team are highly trained and are meeting the needs of people staying with us in accordance with their needs and wishes. I am sorry that the food we provided was not to your father's satisfaction. Our chef is accomplished and the food we provide is nutritionally balanced and made to a high standard. I accept this was not your experience and apologise for this. I hope your father is happy now and thank you for your time.
