Thanks for your review. All comments have been shared with the team and we are sorry to read your feedback about not being able to speak to your mum over the phone during mealtimes. We do have scheduled meal times in place for all our residents so they can dine together if they wish to do so, please be assured if there is a way we can support a call over meal times we try to do this. We understand you are looking to move mum closer to you as the travelling time to us at the moment is quite long, your mum is a pleasure to have with us and if there is anything we can support you with, please let us or our General Manager know.
