We take all feedback seriously and strive to improve the care we provide. We reluctantly issued a 28-day notice, these concerns were never raised prior to this. Resident had not raised any concerns directly. This family member has visited rarely in four years. Our home maintains a higher staffing ratio than required and operates as a group care facility. While we understand the family's expectation of one-to-one care, we aim to support all residents effectively within a group setting. The resident could access the nurse call system, and our staff is trained to respond promptly. While there may be occasional delays due to the complex needs of multiple residents, we work to minimize these instances. We are proud of our high standards, reflected in our Care Inspectorate grades, our manager's Nurse Manager of the Year award, and the highest score with no requirements at our recent HSCP inspection. We are also trusted by the dietetic team for student training, demonstrating our commitment to quality care.
