During our initial conversation, we provided a guideline fee prior to a pre-admission assessment and are then able to confirm costs once we have a full and comprehensive understanding of your loved one's needs.  In this case, there was a small increase agreed with you which was also impacted by a preference for a premium room, which we were pleased we could accommodate on this occasion.
