Sometimes we do have to enlist the help of local agency staff to ensure staffing levels remain safe and to deliver the care to our residents and we endeavour to book staff who have cared for the residents in Buckingham House previously. We do have an electronic logging system for maintenance tasks required across the Village, we apologise for the delay in the issue being dealt with regarding the light bulb change. The Management Team will continue to monitor this situation to drive improvement in response times.
