This is not a person's normal reaction to the home and for this reason I shall be investigating some of the claims you have shared. I would be very happy to meet with you and discuss this further, I could provide you with some context regarding some of the things you have mentioned, for example, the secure main door does not open when you ring, it is fitted with a camera, it is opened remotely once a senior team member has checked to see who it is at the door, the ring simply alerts the team member that someone requires access into the home.
