However, I do want to clarify that your review appears to have been written before we had the opportunity to meet and present the evidence of the steps taken by our team to support your sister.  While the circumstances surrounding this situation are challenging, I respectfully ask for your confirmation that the issues you have referred to are not related to neglect on the part of Derwent Lodge. Throughout your sister's stay, all appropriate referrals were made, and external healthcare professionals were regularly involved in her care. Additionally, no safeguarding concerns were raised regarding Derwent Lodge by any of the involved professionals. Due to the importance of confidentiality and maintaining the dignity of our residents, there are limitations to what we can share publicly.
