Thank you very much for your feedback and for recognising some recent improvements implemented by the Home Manager. We do apologise if you sometimes have difficulty parking. We are currently cutting back some bushes in our small car park to create more space for visitors so hopefully this will help a bit. We have a wild garden area at Woodstock which was becoming overgrown due to a recent changeover of maintenance manager but now that our new colleague is a month into the role we are glad to say that he has brought this back to a good standard and the next area on his agenda are the grounds. Having looked at our PCS records we cannot see an occasion where your Aunt has missed meals and we would be happy to discuss this with you and share the records if you can pop into the office on your next visit.
