Thank you for taking the time to review Beechfield Lodge. Due to the size of our home, all care staff have walkie talkies, when a visitor or health care professional arrives we let staff know if a resident has a visitor going to a resident's flat so either the resident can meet them at their flat or where required staff member can support them going to the flat. Visitors' feedback has found this helpful. If a resident has a high risk of falls, all colleagues are encouraged to just pop in to ensure our resident is safe and well. These additional checks are sometimes implemented following advice from social workers. Feedback has been supportive of this. All areas of Beechfield Lodge are regularly cleaned, where our home scored 97% in a recent full infection control audit by Salford City Council. We have a constant supply of drinks and snacks available to all our residents with a wide selection of choices. We are happy to discuss all aspects of our care at a mutually convenient time.
