Following the Pandemic, we reviewed our Visitor's Policy, based on the needs of the Residents we care for, and found that minimising the volume of Visitors in the Communal Areas - had a positive outcome for our Residents, reducing levels of distress and agitation overall. Visitors are warmly welcomed and encouraged to visit in designated Lounges or Resident's bedrooms. We also invite Visitors to share a meal with their loved ones and celebrate special occasions together, which also appears to be a positive experience for many. Unfortunately, we are unable to respond directly to your concerns raised, referencing your Husband's individual needs, as this is a public platform.
