Please note that we welcome all feedback - as home manager, I offer an open-door policy to visitors during the working day and there is an out-of-hours on-call manager to handle urgent concerns. Our staffing ratios exceed industry standards for care staff and activities, and during unavoidable periods of staff sickness we use experienced, qualified nursing and care staff from agencies to maintain these ratios and high standard of care. Our home has an ongoing refurbishment plan to ensure that we offer a pleasant living experience for all our residents.
