Thank you for bringing this to my attention, as we have discussed, we always have a varied choice on our menu.  Our cook would be happy to meet with you again if you wish, please let me know and this can be arranged quickly and at your convenience. Many of our residents enjoy their time with us and the extensive activity programme that we have but I do appreciate that not all residents choose to participate and that you enjoy spending your time in your room watching your Netflix programmes or in our garden area when the weather is nice. I know staff speak very highly of you and how very independent you have become over the last 18 months, and staff have supported you to go swimming and attending the gym several times a week as we know this is something you really wanted to do and this we knew would support your wellbeing.
