To clarify, our meals are prepared fresh onsite by our Chef and kitchen team, not by outside agencies. In fact, we are very proud that our Chef is a finalist at the National Care Awards 2024. We did address your concerns by preparing special meals to suit your preferences. We apologise that these efforts did not meet your expectations. The invoice was automatically issued because your departure fell on the 1st of the month. We apologise for any inconvenience. We were unaware of any other concerns and are therefore puzzled to see a low rating in areas beyond the food. We believe our services represent good value for money, our fees are benchmarked and are excellent value for our offering. Our team went above and beyond to assist with your move and settling in, and we are saddened to learn that you left feeling dissatisfied.
