We are sorry that you feel the care given to your sister throughout her stay with us was not to the high standard that we strive to achieve. We recognise that during her time with us your sister's needs changed and as a home we sought support from multidisciplinary professionals who felt that these changes were in line with the progression of her disease. Safeguarding referrals were made by the home in line with CQC regulations. We make every effort to maintain our home as a safe, welcoming and supportive environment. After much consideration we did not feel it was in your sisters' best interests to return to Eastfield following her admission to hospital. Feedback is always welcome and as a company we take on board any comments to improve our service. We are sorry you felt the need to raise a concern with safeguarding surrounding your sister's care. We have conducted a full investigation into your concerns and have not found any cause for concern. This has been shared with Safeguarding.
