Thank you very much for meeting with us today where we explained that the dishwashers in the dining rooms are commercial and can be cleaned in a matter of minutes, that managers are on call out of hours, and that staff nurses are given the authority to act on a managers behalf, if not available, that people living with dementia have differing needs and activities are available for all, both as a group and as a 1:1.
