Thank you for your kind review, I am delighted that you feel your mother is well cared for at Grosvenor House and that staff are always aware of her needs. I’m also pleased that you have found the home accessible and well presented. I am sorry that you feel staff response times have been slow on occasion - I will certainly look into this for you. I’m sure there have been times where the team have been busy but would like to reassure you that we are very lucky at Grosvenor House to have a fully staffed team, and pride ourselves on never having to run with less staff than required. Regarding the lift, we have explored the possibility of installing a second one, but unfortunately the building is unable to accommodate another.
