Thanks for your review, we're sorry to read your comments, which we've shared with the team. We'd like to reassure you the staffing levels are appropriate for the residents' needs, and they're kept under continuous review but there may be times where you don't see all staff on shift as they're supporting other residents. We've recently recruited a new housekeeper and we're still recruiting for our maintenance position, which we hope to fill shortly, but in the meantime, we're supported by a colleague from a sister home which can result in small delays to minor repair work.
