Dear Paula, we can only repeat what we wrote in response to the negative review recently posted by your daughter.  Our staff have the right to work in an environment free from abuse and harassment, in any form, from visitors. Your family did not respect this policy, or our staff, and this is the reason for the requisite notice being served to the local authority, and for the necessity for us to involve the police.  We reject your claims as spurious and believe them to have been posted in malice.
