Thank you for you review I'm sorry that you feel the care provided was not to standard. To provide reassurance to yourself I am aware both the social worker and local safeguarding team visited the home on separate occasions following the complaint you made at the time. They both inspected the home, the resident's room and the documentation completed and were happy with the standards of care, they did not feel the same way as you have. Whilst of course you are entitled to your opinion I hope that having reassurance from independent professionals provides comfort that the quality of care was at a high level.
