We take all feedback and concerns very seriously at Trinity Lodge, where the health, safety and wellbeing of our residents is our priority. I am sorry to see that you are not satisfied with the care received at our home and did not feel that all your concerns were addressed in our previous communications and visits. Concerns raised with external agencies, such as social services have been fully investigated and no further action has been taken.
