I am sorry to learn of your concerns and I can only apologise that we appear to have fallen short in the service that we pride ourselves in. We have a robust housekeeping team and all our staff complete infection control training as one of the many training courses we provide for our staff. The communication between management and staff I am not sure I understand what your experience would have been of this but would be happy to discuss this in person with you. I am sorry that you find our furnishing outdated, we continue to invest in refurbishment and equipment to ensure our residents have a comfortable home. I would very much welcome the opportunity to meet with you in person to discuss your issues and concerns and although I am not based at the Home I am happy to come a meet you at a time convenient to yourself.
