Thank you for taking the time to review the home, we appreciate all the feedback given. I am sorry that Dad felt lonely on his stay upstairs as the top floor has only recently opened there are only a few residents living up there presently however there is always a staff member available. We encourage all the residents to use all available facilities in the home as there are activities and more company on the other floors. As the top floor becomes fuller, we expect it will start to feel more lively. I have also confirmed with the maintenance operative on sight that the bath was only out of service for one day and his shower chair was safe to use so I can only apologise if this was not communicated to Dad.
