Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we are very disappointed you have experienced such a negative visit to the home to see your mother. We take all feedback very seriously; our aim is to provide the best possible care to those we support at West Cliff Hall. We do give more than the main choices on the daily menu, we would have been able to facilitate other alternatives around the lunchtime service, the chefs just need to know what the residents would enjoy eating on that day. As the team work hard daily to provide a safe, happy and calming environment for all our residents it is very unfortunate to hear your feedback about the cleanliness of the home. Please rest assured I will be passing your comments on to the senior management team so they can contact you directly.
