Dear Jack, we can only repeat what we wrote in response to the very similar negative reviews recently posted by your mother, mother’s partner and grandmother. Our staff have the right to work in an environment free from abuse and harassment, in any form, from visitors. Your family did not respect this policy, or our staff, and this is the reason for the requisite notice being served to the local authority, and for the necessity for us to involve the police. We reject your claims as spurious and believe them to have been posted in malice.  Your family’s continued threats and harassment of our staff and home, which includes these reviews, speak volumes and have been forwarded to the police.
