Thank you for taking the time to review Canterbury House and we are pleased that you rate our care/support as very good. We discussed recent changes to our catering team at our recent relatives' meeting. We aim to create menus with our residents' input and always provide alternative options if meals are not to our residents' tastes and preference. Residents also help shape our daily, weekly and monthly events and activities. Our team do however respect our residents' wishes if they do not wish to participate and aim to spend one to one time when possible. The carpets are scheduled to be cleaned in the next few days and we have a daily cleaning programme throughout Canterbury House. Electric fans were provided in each residents' room throughout the summer if these were requested. I'm always happy to discuss all aspects of Canterbury House at a mutually convenient time.
