Thank you for taking the time to review Canterbury House and we are pleased that you rate our staff as excellent. Our residents' care and safety are our priority. We use a dependency tool to ensure that there are enough colleagues on each shift to meet the care needs of our residents. At our recent relatives' meeting, recent changes to our catering team were discussed. We aim to create menus with our residents' input and always provide alternative options if meals are not to our residents' tastes and preferences.
